Returns are accepted only if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged item.

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by Mashal Collection.
